Around - talking about hours it means not exactly but about, like around 7 means it can be 6:50 or 7:10

Wake up x get up = wake up means you stop to sleep and get up means you are phisically leaving the bed.

Quick - means fast - you are preparing something easy and simple to eat.

takes - how long you need to do something - like - it takes me 10 minutes - it is the time to do something 

often - it is a frequency adverb and means it is doing many times but not always.

on the way - during the journey from one place to another. it is in a route.

for awhile - a short period of time spending something. I rest for a while 

simple - it means easy to do

clean up - it means make a place tidy and clean.
